We believe, above all, in quality and warmth. Our chef and co-founder Cristian Menéndez is a disciple of renowned chef Francis Mallmann, with whom he worked for more than eight years traveling the world and learning the techniques of open fire cooking in which he specializes today.
Our haute cuisine team works at our production center in San Fernando (Buenos Aires) designed, prepared and equipped with the latest technology in tools and products to offer professional and non-stop catering in any location in the country.
